Our leadership

Sushant and Prashant Gupta are pioneers in the fire testing industry with over 50 years of combined experience. Along with Mr. Kuldeep Dhingra in 1996, as the founding team of Spectro Analytical Labs, they played a crucial role in establishing the company as one of the top five in India's TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) space. Sushant, with his extensive background in marketing, international project management, and public-private partnership projects, has been instrumental in gaining recognition from various industries and government bodies. Prashant, with his expertise in project management and laboratory setup for both private and government clients, has led the way in delivering top-notch services to notable clients such as Reliance, Hinduja National Power Corporation Ltd, Integral Coach Factory, DRDO, and RDSO. Together, they bring unparalleled knowledge of testing and compliance requirements across multiple industries, driving innovation and excellence in every project they undertake.

Since his early years, Mr. Prashant Gupta loved to build things. From his childhood passion for building blocks to gradually structuring the framework of numerous successful deals; his journey has been remarkable.

Mr. Ayub Khan

B.E(Electronics & Communication),
M.Tech(Microwave Engineering)

He is a technical expert in LABVIEW, MATLAB, VHDL, PSPICE, and Python, with 22 years of experience in academics and research. Over two decades, he has published around 15 papers in international journals and 24 in national journals/conferences. He has developed several Industry 4.0 projects and collaborated with Motabaqah International Lab in Riyadh, UAE, on outsourced projects. His published work covers neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms, VLSI, and microwave technology.

Bhupendra Singh

Bhupendra has extensive experience in calibration across various domains, including electro-technical, mechanical dimensions, pressure, mass, volume, force, airflow, and thermal systems. He has a deep understanding of instrument operations and is proficient in servicing, repairing, and installing a wide range of testing equipment, such as compression testing machines, tensile testing machines, hardness testers, and impact testing machines. Bhupendra has also designed and operated a 3x3 meter furnace for fire resistance testing in compliance with BS 476, as well as a Steiner Tunnel for flame spread and smoke density testing according to ASTM E84 standards. Additionally, he has worked in projects in Sittwe, Myanmar, and Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.

Shivam Awasthi

With a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing and Testing from CBPST Kochi, Shivam specializes in key testing methodologies. His skills include conducting HRR tests (ISO 5660), Smoke Density and Toxicity tests (ISO 5659), Spread of Flame tests (ISO 5658), Oxygen Index tests (EN ISO 4589), and Wind-Driven Burning Behavior tests (ISO 9239). He is also proficient in Fire Propagation Index (BS 476-6), Resistance to Spread of Flame (BS 476-7), Flammability tests (UL 94), and Ignitability tests (ISO 11925). His experience ensures accurate and reliable testing results, crucial for material performance and safety assessment.

Satendra Singh

Satendra has a full-time on-site role involving developing and programming automation solutions using LabVIEW for fire testing equipment manufacturing in compliance with EN-45545-2. As a Manager, he oversees the team, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Deepak Sengar

Highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in Standard EN 45545, specializing infire protection for railway vehicles. Proven track record in ensuring compliance with safetyregulations, overseeing equipment testing, and implementing effective fire safety measures.Adept at managing cross-functional teams and projects, with a strong background in technicaldocumentation, risk assessment, and quality assurance.

Pravanshu

As a Fire Testing Analyst, Pravanshu ensures top fire safety standards through precise testing and analysis. He conducts fire tests on materials and systems per EN 45455-2 and related standards, assessing ignition, flame spread, and heat release. With a solid background in fire testing and safety standards, he excels at creating and executing thorough test plans and procedures.

Amrish Singh Rawat

Amrish holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and has 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and taxation. His career began as a trainee intern at a CA firm, followed by roles as an Account Executive at a natural products company and a Senior Accountant at a technology firm. This diverse experience has given him a strong grasp of accounting principles, allowing me to provide accurate financial insights and manage complex accounting tasks efficiently.

Priyanka Yadav

Priyanka holds an MBA in HR & Finance and is currently pursuing an LLB. With 4.5 years of experience as a Senior Admin & HR Executive, she has honed her skills in both administration and human resources acrossdiverse sectors, including real estate and fire testing equipment manufacturing. Her expertiseencompasses managing complex administrative functions, optimizing HR processes, and fosteringeffective workplace environments.
